We are seeking a Reliable, Hardworking, Eager to learn individual with 1-3 years Experience.
Duties
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to accurately execute framing projects
- Construct wall frames, floors, roofs, and other structural components using hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment
- Operate heavy equipment safely for lifting and positioning large materials or structural elements
- Follow safety protocols during all phases of construction, including heavy lifting and equipment operation
- Maintain a clean and organized worksite to promote safety and productivity
Requirements
- Proven experience in residential framing or general construction work
- Proficiency with hand tools, and power tools
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work at heights or in confined spaces as needed
- Strong understanding of safety procedures on construction sites
- Valid Working At Height preferred but not mandatory
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions and work independently when required
Pay: $21.00-$40.00 per hour
