IS2 Workforce Solutions is seeking Automotive Manufacturer’s to join our client’s team. This position involves hands-on work in a manufacturing setting, supporting the production of parts through machine operation, automotive assembly, quality inspection, and general labour tasks.
Location: St. Thomas, ON
Job Type: Full-Time | Temporary Ongoing (with potential for hire)
Shifts Available:
- Days 7am-3:05pm and Afternoons 3pm-11:05pm rotating every 2 weeks
- Straight Nights Available 11pm-7:05am
Pay Rate: $20.60 per hour base pay
- Shift premium: $0.50/hour afternoon premium or $1.00/hour night premium
- OT: after 40 hours in a week
- DT: Sunday shifts
- Pay: Weekly
- Status: Upcoming openings
What You’ll Be Doing
- Operate and monitor production equipment
- Load materials and remove finished parts
- Perform basic assembly tasks
- Inspect products for quality and report defects
- Label, sort, and organize materials
- Assist with machine setups and adjustments
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow safety procedures and work instructions
What We’re Looking For
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, physically demanding environment
- Comfortable with repetitive tasks and standing for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Dependable with good attendance
- Previous experience in manufacturing or production is helpful but not required
- Ability to pass criminal background check
- Willingness to accept overtime
