Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Construction Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting with various construction tasks, ensuring that projects are completed safely and efficiently. Responsibilities
- Operate and maintain hand and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload materials and equipment at job sites.
- Follow safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all team members.
- Maintain cleanliness of the work area throughout the duration of the project.
- Collaborate with team members to meet project deadlines.
- Install duraform for residential foundations.
Experience
- Previous experience in construction or related fields is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated candidates.
- Familiarity with basic hand tools and power tools is a plus.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
- Strong physical stamina and ability to perform manual labor for extended periods.
