Role Overview
As a Remote Insurance Advisor, you will work from home serving clients and offering valuable advice and protection to individuals and their families. You will contact the leads we provide, meet with clients virtually, present benefit programs, and build lasting relationships. This is a full-time career with the flexibility to choose when you work.
You'll Be Responsible For:
- Contact the leads we provide to schedule virtual meetings with clients.
- Present benefit programs to enroll new clients.
- Cultivate ongoing relationships with the clients you serve.
- Collaborate with your manager to define clear objectives and goals.
- Achieve those goals through dedicated effort and determination.
Who Thrives Here
Required:
- Insurance license required – you must hold, or be willing to obtain, an insurance license.
- Primary residence in Canada or the United States (excluding Quebec, Yukon, and Puerto Rico).
- Laptop or computer with a camera.
- Basic computer literacy.
Preferred:
- Sales or customer service experience is advantageous but not mandatory.
- Willingness to learn and be coached – we provide comprehensive training.
- An outgoing, friendly personality with a positive and approachable demeanor.
- A strong desire to help others through valuable advice and services.
- Effective communication skills – your ability to connect with others is crucial.
What You Can Expect
Compensation Structure:
- Average first-year earnings: $69,000 (commission + bonuses).
- Average second-year earnings: $128,000.
- Residual income through renewals.
- Unionized position with stock options.
