IS2 Workforce Solutions is partnering with a respected construction company specializing in concrete restoration and structural rehabilitation projects across Calgary and surrounding areas. We are seeking an experienced and hands-on Concrete Restoration Site Foreman to lead field operations, oversee crews, and ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest quality standards.

Job Types: Temporary to Permanent
Pay Rate: Starting from $25- $40/ hr final pay based on experience
Schedule: Mon-Fri | 7:00-4:30pm
- Weekends and evenings as required
- Overtime Eligible
What You’ll Do:
1. Overseeing daily site operations for concrete restoration and rehabilitation projects
2. Lead job site execution, coordinate stakeholders/subcontractors, drive production, quality, and maintain safe operations.
3. Lead and direct site crews (up to 10 people) on daily priorities, confirms cross-crew sequencing, and reviews extras/DEWR documentation and formal discipline; escalates scope, cost, contract decisions, and major/long-lead purchasing to the Project Manager.
4. Monitoring schedules, budgets, productivity, and project milestones
5. Reading and interpreting blueprints, specifications, and project drawings
6. Conducting site inspections and ensuring quality workmanship standards are met
7. Managing site documentation including daily logs, safety reports, and progress updates
8. Ensuring compliance with OH&S regulations, COR standards, and company safety policies
9. Communicating effectively with project managers, clients, consultants, and field teams
10. Identifying and resolving project challenges proactively to keep work on schedule
What We’re Looking For
1. Previous experience as a concrete foreman ideally with concrete restoration, structural repair, or commercial construction experience.
2. Strong knowledge of concrete repair methods, coatings, waterproofing, patching, and rehabilitation techniques.
3. Proven leadership experience managing crews and subcontractors.
4. Ability to read construction drawings and specifications.
5. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
6. Excellent communication and team leadership abilities.
7. Solid understanding of construction safety standards and regulations.
8. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
9. Gold Seal certification or related construction education will be considered an asset.
Preferred Experience
1. Parkade restoration
2. Structural concrete repair
3. Building envelope restoration
4. Commercial or industrial construction projects
5. Swing stage or elevated work platform experience
6. Experience working in occupied buildings and active construction environments
Special Conditions Of Employment:
- Must have a valid drivers license

- Must be able to work long hours and occasional weekends
- Must have CSA-approved safety boots
