As a sales associate, you'll be expected have a pleasant demeanor and to follow an opening routine and/or closing routine depending on your schedule.
Our prime objective is to offer our clients a comfortable and stress free experience.
The showroom exhibits high-end luxury jewellery and as such, must be kept immaculate.
All suitable applicants will be subject to a police background check due to the nature of the business and follow protocol for the safety and security of staff and product.
Jewellery Sales experience would be an asset but training can be provided. Expect to be given homework if your knowledge of gold and gems is limited. You'll be expected to stay busy when not with customers, cleaning the store and glass, curating the collection and doing inventory cycle counts.
The store location is in the North West of Calgary in Dalhousie Station. Parking is available.
This position requires periodic Saturday availability. The store hours throughout the week are 9am to 5pm Tuesday to Friday, and 10am to 4pm Saturday.
The safety and security of our associates, the store and the merchandise is paramount. The sales associate should always be aware of their surroundings and potential dangers, threats or thefts. You will be trained on what to watch for.
