JOB SUMMARY:
The Front Desk Administrator is responsible for providing professional administrative and reception support to ensure the efficient day-to-day operation of the office. This role serves as the first point of contact for visitors, customers, vendors, and employees while supporting various administrative, clerical, and coordination functions across the organization.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE:

High school diploma or equivalent required

Minimum two (2) years’ experience in a receptionist, front desk, or administrative support role preferred

Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a professional and customer-focused approach.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities with strong attention to detail.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and Teams.

Strong time management skills and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Experience in manufacturing, industrial, or mining environments is considered an asset.
RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and assist visitors, customers, vendors, and employees in a professional and courteous manner.

Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails to the appropriate departments or personnel.

Manage front desk operations, including receiving mail, courier packages, deliveries, and maintaining visitor logs.

Provide administrative support such as filing, data entry, document preparation, scanning, photocopying, and record management.

Coordinate office supplies, inventory, and general office organization to ensure efficient office operations.

Assist with scheduling meetings, conference rooms, travel arrangements, and company events as required.

Support accounting, purchasing, human resources, and operations teams with administrative tasks and documentation.

Maintain accurate records, databases, and filing systems in accordance with company procedures.

Ensure confidentiality and proper handling of sensitive company and employee information.

Assist with onboarding documentation, employee communications, and other internal administrative processes as needed.

Maintain a clean, organized, and professional reception and office environment.

Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and office procedures.

Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Company from time to time in its sole discretion.
