Job Summary:
We are seeking skilled customer service reps to help be part of our call center. The ideal candidate is one that thrives in a fast-paced environment, is confident under pressure and is excited about the opportunity to be part of a fast-growing company. The proper candidate must be comfortable and confident answering calls and making outbound calls while maintaining a positive and customer-first mentality.
The candidate will be responsible for taking inbound inquiries from both new and existing customers and ensuring customer satisfaction through successful completion of the customers' requests. In addition, the candidate will be responsible for outbound calling to customers to drive additional sales, making it important that the candidate feels comfortable leading conversations.
Duties:
- Answer incoming customer inquiries and make outgoing calls
- Book service appointments based on customer requirements
- Handle customer complaints and provide resolutions
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer interactions
- Analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement
Experience:
- Proven experience in a customer service role (3+ years) and / or sales role.
- Previous experience in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, roofing or landscaping is preferred
- Self-driven and able to wear a sales "hat" to help drive leads when not responding to inbound inquiries
- Fast learner and strong ability to work autonomously
- Ability to understand key performance metrics and work to achieve these metrics consistently
- Strong communication skills with the ability to effectively speak with customers and team members
- Ability to negotiate and resolve conflicts efficiently
