Your main responsibilities

Coordinate administrative follow-ups and ensure the progression of various project-related activities;

Coordinate project milestones and ensure adherence to timelines;

Liaise with government ministries, regulatory bodies, and external partners;

Prepare, coordinate, and monitor legal, administrative, and regulatory documentation;

Coordinate the collection, validation, and execution of required documents;
- Complete and follow up on various applications, registrations, and renewals with relevant authorities;

Maintain regular communication with suppliers, partners, and stakeholders involved in the project;
- Provide ongoing updates and reporting to senior management;
- Maintain and update administrative records, registries, and required accounts;
- Manage and update project tracking tools, dashboards, and reports;
- Verify the accuracy of administrative information, documents, and data;
- Simultaneously manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Desired profile

Minimum of five (5) years of experience in coordination, administration, or project management;

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both French and English;

Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, autonomy, and ability to manage priorities effectively;

Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment;

Comfortable interacting with various levels of the organization, including managers, vice presidents, external partners, and government representatives;

Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, as well as data management and tracking tools;
- Resourceful, proactive, and highly accountable.
