Duties and Responsibilities:
The key job functions are:
- Develop strong relationships with all new and current clients/prospects
- Partner with the Recruiters to accomplish team goals and hiring needs by liaising with all new incoming orders and scheduling meetings upon initial call/inquiry
- Attend networking events, assist team with Public Relations and Media presentations
- Maintain relationships with clients through regular meetings, callbacks, follow-up, visits, lunches and gift deliveries
- Stay on top of workplace, economic and business trends in the province and city
- Present ideas to Marketing regarding building the business
Education:
- Relevant post-secondary education is an asset.
Qualifications:
- Valid drivers license and reliable vehicle
- Clean criminal record
- Must be results driven, detail-oriented, and the ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Must be self-confident with exceptional customer service skills
Experience:
- 2+ years experience in sales a must
- 3-5+ years experience in business development an asset
- Industry experience a huge asset
Skills:
- Must be computer literate at an intermediate level
- Strong decision-making and time-management skills
- Strong negotiation skills and customer oriented nature
- Must be adaptable, flexible, and function effectively in a team environment
- Articulate with excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Show initiative in suggesting new procedures, systems and methods, and creative ideas to improve quality of service
Base Salary:
- Base salary based on experience
- Commission

Work Hours:
- Monday – Friday
- 8AM-4:30PM
- Occasional evenings/weekends to attend events/functions
Remote Work:
- This position is not remote and required to be on-site.
