Overview
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking General Labourer to join our team. This role is essential in supporting various operational tasks across our projects and ensuring smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will be physically capable, eager to learn, and committed to maintaining a safe and efficient work environment. Prior experience is a plus but not required, as training will be provided.
Duties
- Assist with loading and unloading materials and equipment
- Perform general site cleanup and debris removal to maintain a safe work area
- Support skilled trades by providing necessary tools and materials
- Help with basic construction or maintenance tasks as directed
- Operate manual tools and equipment safely under supervision
- Follow safety protocols at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and effectively
Experience
- Prior experience in construction, manufacturing, or manual labour is advantageous but not mandatory
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with attention to safety procedures
- Good communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as needed
