This is a key role for someone who is versatile, organized, and ready to take the lead on custom signage projects from concept to completion.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare design files, artwork, and technical drawings for production
- Design custom visuals using Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Lead projects from initial concept through to final delivery
- Communicate directly with clients to understand needs, share updates, and provide creative solutions
- Coordinate with team members—including production, installation, and design—to keep projects on track
- Maintain clear timelines, meet deadlines, and ensure high-quality standards
- Provide direction and support to other team members when needed
- Keep accurate records and complete all project documentation
- Foster a safe, organized, and collaborative work environment
- Follow all company procedures and health & safety guidelines
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in graphic design, preferably in signage or a related industry
- Experience managing projects and working directly with clients
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
- A team player who can also take the lead when required
- Great time management and problem-solving abilities
- Degree/Diploma Graphic Design
- Able to work in a team environment and individually
