Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Academic Director to lead our educational programs and foster academic excellence. The ideal candidate will oversee a team of 10 people and run the Program coordination team, to make sure students are getting the best customer service, and the best learning under the said program
Will oversee curriculum development, manage faculty, and ensure the delivery of high-quality instruction across all departments. This leadership role requires a strategic thinker with a passion for education, strong organizational skills, and the ability to inspire both staff and students. The Academic Director plays a vital role in shaping the academic vision of our institution and maintaining its reputation for academic integrity and innovation.
Duties
- Develop, implement, and oversee the institution’s academic policies and curriculum standards to ensure alignment with educational goals.
- Lead recruitment, training, and evaluation of teaching staff to maintain high instructional quality.
- Manage departmental targets and KPI and allocate resources effectively
- Foster a positive learning environment by promoting best practices in teaching and learning methodologies.
- Collaborate with faculty to design and update existing curricula based on current educational trends and student needs.
- Monitor student performance metrics and implement strategies for continuous improvement in academic outcomes
- Work alongside the team to make sure students, are progressing and completing their attendance in a timely manner
- Create better processes for onboarding of students, for better workflow and student experiences
Skills
- Proven experience in program coordination with a strong understanding of curriculum design and instructional methods.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities with experience managing teams, fostering collaboration, and driving organizational goals.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with staff, mature students, stakeholders, and external partners.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
- knowledge and prior expereince of the career College sector is a MUST

Pay: $60,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
