PT Bakery Weekend Cleaner – Thurs, Fri, Sat, Sun
JOB DESCRIPTION
- 3-4 hour Shifts each day. With the possibility of longer shifts as needed.
- Daily start time is 7am (could vary depending on store needs).
- Work each weekend and holidays – these are our busiest times.
Daily tasks include:
- Cleaning Floors (includes mopping & vacuuming)
- Washing/Sanitizing Wires
- Wiping walls & baker benches
- General cleaning of baker area
- Deep cleaning of a baker tools and machinery.
- Washing dishes
- Weighing batches of baking ingredients (as needed)
- Bagging Buns (as needed)
About you:
- You enjoy working efficiently and independently.
- You enjoy cleaning and gain satisfaction from a job well done.
- You maintain a high quality of work on each shift.
- You are diligent and thorough while moving quickly to complete tasks.
- Your can easily do 4 hours daily cleaning and can lifting up to 50lbs (a large bag
- of flour) if necessary.
Requirements:
- Able to work each weekend
- Able to work on Holidays
- Able to work alone and unsupervised
- Able to lift 50lbs
- Able to achieve high cleaning standards for food safe and compliance
- Some cleaning experience
