Job SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Onsite Roofing Foreman to lead our field crew, manage daily job site operations, and ensure high-quality installations. This role oversees both residential and commercial projects, focusing heavily on flat roofing systems.Key Responsibilities
- Supervise Crew: Lead, train, and motivate a team of 3 to 6 roofing installers daily.
- Oversee Production: Manage day-to-day operations of residential and commercial flat roofing projects.
- Ensure Safety: Enforce OSHA regulations, safety protocols, and correct use of fall protection equipment.
- Control Quality: Inspect materials, monitor work in progress, and conduct final project walk-throughs.
- Track Schedule: Coordinate daily tasks to meet project deadlines and budget constraints.
- Communicate Updates: Act as the primary point of contact for project managers and property owners.
- Manage Materials: Track inventory, receive job site deliveries, and minimize material waste.
- Handle Documentation: Complete daily logs, timecards, accident reports, and progress photos.
Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum 5–10 years of hands-on roofing experience, specifically with flat roof systems.
- Material Expertise: Proficiency with all flat roof materials, including TPO, EPDM, PVC, and modified bitumen.
- Leadership: At least 2–3 years of experience managing crews in a leadership role.
- Technical Skills: Deep knowledge of commercial and residential low-slope systems and flashing details.
- Safety Certification: OSHA 10-Hour or 30-Hour certification is highly preferred.
- Physical Fitness: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and work comfortably at heights.
- Licensing: Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record to operate company vehicles.
- Language: Strong verbal communication skills (bilingual English/Spanish is a major asset).
Work Environment & Benefits
