You will work in a team that provides support to plan members in administering pension plan wind-ups for insolvency engagements.

Answers calls from plan members and do outbound calls (follow-ups)

Does required research to be able to answer questions that concern their pension plan.

Processes information received from plan members using internal databases and information systems.

Participates on special projects as required.

Takes direction from and supports senior team members.

Attends internal training sessions to build knowledge of industry topics and trends.

Ensures that quality control and service standards are attained with every transaction.

Adheres to internal risk management policies.
