Colonial Countertops is looking for a Laminate Countertops Installer to join our Victoria team!

As an Installer, you will play a critical role in bringing our customers' dream spaces to life.

What You'll Do
- Safely transport countertops to customer homes and job sites
- Inspect countertops for quality and accuracy before leaving the shop
- Professionally install laminate countertops and related fixtures
- Ensure seams are tight, installations are precise, and the finished product exceeds customer expectations
- Troubleshoot and resolve installation challenges on site
- Protect customer property and maintain a clean and organized work area
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience on every job
- Complete detailed installation reports, including comments and photos, using a tablet
- Actively participate in improving installation processes and team performance
- Work safely and comply with all company safety requirements
What You Bring
- Experience installing laminate countertops or related construction products
- Construction industry experience is considered an asset
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities
- Exceptional attention to detail and pride in workmanship
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong organizational skills and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to safely lift 50 lbs+
- Valid Class 5 Driver's Licence
- Fall Protection certification or willingness to obtain it
