What You’ll Do
As the Moulder Operator (Night Shift 5:00pm to 4:00am), you are a key team member in running a moulder producing MDF trim in accordance with the work order drawing specifications, making certain that inventories meet the expectation of our work order requirements and ensuring production targets are met.
At a High-level, your day-to-day will include:
Set up and operate moulder according to manufacturers’ specifications
Use SAP and follow established recording procedures in the execution of daily tasks
Keep the moulder and common areas clean and organized at all times
Perform quality checks as per department requirements
Engage in support of Continuous Improvement initiatives
Packaging finished product so it can be shipped out
Troubleshooting issues with your machine to fix problems (calling maintenance if needed)
Ensure daily production continuously meets the requirements of IFOTIS (In full, on time, in spec.)
Who You Are
During the training and onboarding process, you must be available during the following weekday shifts:
Day Shift: Monday – Thursday, 6:00 AM to 4:30 PM
We would love to hear from you if you:
Have machine operator background/experience
Understand and can reliably apply all safety policies and regulations
Are able to perform physically demanding work
Are able to work in a team environment as well as independently
Work well with hand tools
It would be an added bonus if you have:
Minimum of 3 years’ experience in manufacturing in an operating role
Experience running Weinig moulders or Paul saw
