OCP Construction Supplies is seeking a bilingual order desk/customer service representative. Seeking an individual that is capable of multitasking, self-motivated, computer knowledge a must (Microsoft word/excel, email and internet research) organized, responsible, capable of working alone and with others a must. Some duties include but are not limited to: Office duties - includes computer entry, emails, paperwork and filing, answering incoming telephone calls, responding to customers in a timely manner via telephone and/or email, warehouse work (as required), light cleaning duties, This individual should have customer service experience, experience in time management and able to read technical data sheets to assist customers in getting the best products for their projects.
The right work ethic is mandatory. Nobody here has the "that's not my problem" attitude.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00-$55,000.00 per year
