About the Role
Skeena River Lodge is seeking a confident, professional, and hospitality-driven Lead Server to join our team. This is an ideal opportunity for someone with serving experience who enjoys leading by example, creating exceptional guest experiences, and working in a unique luxury fishing lodge environment.
Our guests visit from around the world for an all-inclusive fishing experience, where every detail matters. We are looking for someone who takes pride in delivering warm, attentive service while supporting the front-of-house team throughout each day.
Responsibilities
Lead and support the dining room team during breakfast, lunch, and dinner service.
Deliver polished, attentive, and personalized guest service.
Assist with staff training and mentoring new team members.
Ensure dining areas are clean, organized, and presentation-ready at all times.
Coordinate service timing with the kitchen to ensure a seamless guest experience.
Assist with beverage and wine service.
Set, clear, and reset tables to lodge standards.
Help maintain cleanliness of service stations and dining areas.
Monitor guest needs and resolve concerns professionally.
Support lodge operations where needed, including occasional housekeeping or guest service tasks.
Qualifications
-Previous serving experience is required.
-Leadership or supervisory experience is considered an asset.
-Wine knowledge is an asset but not required.
-Strong communication and organizational skills.
-Friendly, professional, and guest-focused attitude.
-Ability to remain calm and organized in a fast-paced environment.
-Valid Class 5 driver's licence is an asset.
-Must be legally eligible to work in Canada.

Schedule
-Seasonal Full-Time
