We are currently seeking a Sales / Design Professional – Kitchen & Bath to join our team. This role is first and foremost a sales position, focused on guiding clients through the consultation, design, and purchase of residential kitchen and bath projects.
You’ll work directly with clients from the initial meeting through to final project sale, leading the sales process while using design as a key tool to qualify, engage, and close. From concept development to final decisions, you will manage the full client journey—balancing thoughtful design with a clear focus on achieving successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Meet with clients to understand their needs and provide design guidance
- Qualify new leads and guide clients through the design and sales process
- Prepare designs, drawings, and quotations
- Present and close project sales
- Manage your own pipeline, including follow-up and client communication
- Conduct on-site measurements and consultations (typically 2–3 times per week)
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products, services, and design trends
What We’re Looking For
- Mid-level experience with CAD/design software (Chief Architect preferred; 20/20 is an asset)
- Experience or interest in residential kitchen and bath design
- Strong communication and client management skills
- Comfortable discussing pricing and closing sales
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail
- Self-motivated and able to work independently

Compensation
- Base salary $55,000 to $75,000 per annum, plus bonus
- Bonus paid semi-annually
- Compensation is based on overall sales
Pay: $55,000.00-$75,000.00 per year
