Responsibilities
Assist stylists with all hair services, including colour, highlights, balayage, extensions, treatments, cuts, and styling.
Shampoo, condition, and prepare clients for appointments.
Mix hair colour and lighteners accurately.
Blow-dry clients when required.
Maintain a clean, organized, and professional salon environment.
Sanitize tools and equipment according to salon standards.
Keep styling stations fully stocked and organized.
Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service.
Assist with salon laundry, inventory, and daily opening and closing duties.
Support the team in creating a welcoming and luxury salon experience for every client.
Qualifications
A passion for hairstyling and the beauty industry.
Positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Professional appearance and friendly personality.
Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player.
