DGN APPAREL is growing! We are hiring Seasonal Retail Staff to join our team! We are a one-stop shop option for school uniforms, spirit wear apparel, gym uniforms and much more. With options for custom garments unique to individual schools and standard garments that have proven themselves over time. Our program is unique, customizable and is designed to adapt to the different needs of school communities. Whether the differences are geographic, socioeconomic or population influenced, uniform service can and should always adapt! Our locations provide first class customer service, and we are the new face and standard of school uniform programs and elite service models.

Under the supervision of the Store Manager, this position is responsible for selling DGN APPAREL products and services and assisting customers with their product needs. They provide excellent customer service, engaging in conversation to assist with customer needs. They assist the store in achieving its sales and customer service goals, including order fulfillment.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
· Acknowledge and greet customers friendly and professionally as the enter into the DGN APPAREL location.
· Engage the customer through conversation.
· Ensure that all store opening and closing duties are performed.
· Work with all members of the team to meet/exceed the store sales plans & order fulfillment targets.
· Actively participate in all programs, events, and procedures that drive sales (additional hours may be required).
· Correctly handle all register transactions.
· Ensure the store is neat, clean and organized upon store open, and throughout each business day.
· Receive and display all new shipments within 24 hours of delivery.
· Know where products are within the store and keep all backrooms clean and organized.
· Work with all team members to ensure that all Loss Prevention procedures are in place and in practice.
Additional Job Functions
· Use company literature and available training resources to stay up to date on products and product features.
· Must be able to lift up to 30 lbs & able to stand for long periods of time.
Qualifications and Skills
· Responsible and highly motivated.
· General understanding of the principles of sales.
· Strong communication skills.
· Previous experience in customer service.
· Proven track record in achieving sales quotas.
· Proficient in computer programs, including Microsoft Office Suite.
· Passion for meeting customer needs.
· Must be available to work evenings and weekends.
Retail Hours
Tuesdays: 10:00am-6:00pm
Wednesdays: 10:00am-6:00pm
Thursday: 10:00am-6:00pm
Friday: 10:00am-6:00pm
Saturday: 11:00am – 5:00pm
Please note that DGN hours are subject to change based on seasonality requirements.
