Overview:
We are seeking dedicated Servers to join our team. As a Server, you will play a crucial role in providing excellent customer service and ensuring an enjoyable dining experience for our guests.
Duties:
- Greet customers warmly and take their food and drink orders
- Deliver food and beverages to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure accuracy in order delivery and promptly address any discrepancies
- Provide menu recommendations and respond to customer inquiries regarding food and beverages
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate preparation of orders
- Handle cash transactions and operate the POS system efficiently
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation standards in the dining area
- Assist in food preparation tasks as needed.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in the food industry is preferred
- Knowledge of food safety practices and procedures
- Proficiency in cash handling and POS systems
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to address customer needs professionally
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn and adapt to varying customer preferences.
