We are responsible to ensure integrity in our processes, maintain accurate finances and prepare reports in compliance with industry norms. We strive to drive efficiencies with external suppliers and managing TD Bank’s global real estate portfolio.

Be a part of our dynamic work environment and get the opportunity to grow your career with TD Finance. Act as a subject matter expert in completing the following finance activities:
Process everyday financial activities such as processing, balancing, reconciling, validating transactions, investigating customer issues, data gathering and cleansing and producing reports timely and accurately
Provide support to internal customers, vendors and partner service by responding to their inquiries basis on the relevant financial data
Assist the team in coordinating and consolidating simple or complicated financial requests
Be vigilant in carrying out investigations, identifying variance and recommending opportunities that improve productivity, effectiveness and operational efficiency
Ensure necessary due diligence to support the accuracy of all transaction while following the defined procedures, protocols and SLAs (Service Level Agreement(s))
Stay abreast with the industry trends for the business/ finance area being supported
Aid in implementing potential initiatives within defined area of responsibility
Contribute to the team by improving knowledge in own area and exchanging ideas within the team and business unit
Identify emerging issues and notifying the manager as required
Record transactions for the organization and/or customers in line with the set regulations and standard operating practices
Develop a positive work environment by initiating services to the business, quality, innovation and collaboration
Job Requirements
Must be graduating from a recognized post-secondary institute in Spring 2019
Ability to manage various projects that ranges from short term to longer term independently with minimal direction
Able to work in both collaborative and independent settings
Working knowledge of accounts and finance is an asset
A strong analytical mind with attention to detail and desire to learn and grow
Ability to multi task and prioritize work schedule for deadlines
Proficient with MS Excel and SAP
Excellent business communications (verbal, written, presentation), and organizational skills
A self-motivated individual with positive personality and willingness to accept challenges in a demanding environment
Additional Information The New TD Finance Operations Team TD is establishing a new Finance Operations (FinOps) Centre in Greater Moncton, NB. Located in a new TD Corporate Office in Cadillac Fairview's CF Champlain shopping centre in Dieppe, NB, the Center will centralize certain finance operational functions and perform an array of services such as general accounting, reporting, and transaction processing on behalf of TD businesses across North America.
