Role Overview
We are seeking motivated Production Associates to join our team. Positions are available in various
production areas, including soldering, wire coil winding, epoxy encapsulation, and product assembly. Both
full-time and part-time opportunities are available.
Responsibilities:
- Wire winding, coil wrapping, and taping
- Soldering and component inspection
- Component cleaning and varnish/epoxy application
- Product assembly and testing
- Operating semi-automated machines
- Handling parts ranging from 20 g to 13 kg
Qualifications
- High school diploma (required)
- Strong attention to detail and ability to perform precision work
- Team-oriented with a positive mindset and willingness to learn
- Working knowledge of English (instructions provided in English)
- Must be a Canadian Citizen or Permanent Resident (deal breaker)
- Ability to commute or relocate to Hawkesbury, ON before starting work

Schedule
- Day shift (Monday -Thursday: 7:30 am to 5:00 pm) Friday (7:30 to 11:30 am)
Pay: $18.30-$18.67 per hour
