Business Partner S4 Expert Job Details
The Business Partner S4 Expert is a key role responsible for managing and optimizing Business Partner data within SAP S4/HANA environments. This individual is a specialist in Business Partner data quality and setup, with extensive experience in green field SAP S4 implementations. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Business Partner processes and be adept at addressing data quality issues and troubleshooting setup discrepancies.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Partner Data Quality and Setup:
- Act as the primary expert in Business Partner data quality, ensuring the accuracy, completeness, and integrity of data within SAP S4/HANA systems.
- Develop and implement data quality checks and validation procedures to maintain high standards of Business Partner data.
S4 BP Implementation and Troubleshooting:
- Provide expert guidance and support in troubleshooting and resolving complex Business Partner data issues to ensure smooth system operations and user satisfaction.
- Collaborate with project teams to ensure Business Partner data is accurately integrated and configured within the SAP S4/HANA landscape.
Master Data Management and Governance:
- Serve as the liaison between the SAP S4 implementation team and the Master Data Management (MDM) team, facilitating effective communication and addressing governance process questions.
- Assist in the development and enforcement of master data governance policies and procedures to ensure consistency and compliance across the organization.
- Support the MDM team in the creation and maintenance of Business Partner data governance frameworks and best practices.
Business Partner S4 Expert Mandatory Skills
- Extensive experience with SAP S4/HANA, particularly in Business Partner data management and implementation.
- Proven track record of successful green field SAP S4 implementations.
- Strong expertise in diagnosing and resolving Business Partner data quality issues and setup discrepancies.
- Excellent understanding of master data management and governance processes.
- Ability to effectively communicate and collaborate with cross-functional teams, including MDM and project stakeholders.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
