Exterior Cleaning Team Lead — $25–30/hour + Performance Bonuses
Kings Castle Home Services is a growing exterior cleaning company serving residential and commercial properties in the Toronto area. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Exterior Cleaning Team Lead to join our team.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys working outdoors, takes pride in quality work, and wants to grow with a growing company. You will be responsible for leading a small team, completing high-quality exterior cleaning services, and ensuring excellent customer experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a small exterior cleaning team on residential and commercial properties
- Perform professional window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, and other exterior services
- Safely operate and maintain professional cleaning equipment
- Communicate professionally with customers and represent the company on-site
- Ensure all jobs are completed safely, efficiently, and according to company quality standards
- Support and train team members when needed
- Maintain equipment and keep work areas organized

Requirements:
- Valid G or G2 driver’s license required
- Confident and experienced driver comfortable operating a company vehicle and transporting equipment
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Professional communication skills and positive attitude
- Comfortable working outdoors and performing physical work
- Ability to safely work with ladders and exterior cleaning equipment
Previous experience in window cleaning, pressure washing, gutter cleaning, or exterior services is an asset but not required. We provide training for the right person who has the right attitude, reliability, and willingness to learn.
Pay: $25.00-$33.00 per hour
