Mississauga company is seeking a highly motivated Bilingual Customer Service Representative to join their dynamic team. Responsibilities
- Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat with professionalism and courtesy
- Provide accurate information about products and services, addressing customer questions and concerns regarding aftermarket and/or spare parts
- Assist customers with account management, including data entry and updating account details
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products or services to enhance customer experience
- Maintain detailed records of interactions and transactions using ERP systems
- Perform analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement
- Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to resolve complex issues efficiently and effectively
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and French is mandatory, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages
- Proven experience in order processing/order entry
- Proven experience in customer service, sales, or related roles preferred
- Strong data entry skills with attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent analysis skills to interpret customer data and feedback
- Ability to upsell products or services tactfully while maintaining a positive customer relationship
- Exceptional phone etiquette and communication skills
- Ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer satisfaction

Pay: $32.00-$35.00 per hour
