Overview
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Siding Installer to join our construction team. This role involves installing various types of siding materials on residential and commercial buildings, ensuring high-quality craftsmanship and adherence to safety standards. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to interpret blueprints and schematics. Responsibilities
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction plans to determine the scope of work.
- Measure, cut, and install siding materials using hand tools, power tools, and other relevant equipment.
- Prepare surfaces by cleaning, caulking, or applying other preparatory work to ensure proper installation.
- Operate heavy equipment as needed for material handling or site preparation.
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a safe work environment at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and project managers to complete projects on schedule.
- Assist with related tasks such as carpentry, masonry, or restoration work when required.
- Ensure all installations meet quality standards and client specifications.
Skills
- Proficiency in blueprint reading and understanding schematics.
- Experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy equipment operation.
- Strong construction background with knowledge of carpentry, masonry, or related trades.
- Ability to perform caulking, concrete finishing, flooring installation, tile laying, electrical work, plumbing, or welding is a plus.
- Familiarity with construction estimating and schematic interpretation is advantageous.
- Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safety standards.
- Physical ability to lift heavy materials and work at heights or on scaffolding as needed.
- Effective communication skills and ability to work well within a team environment.

Pay: $17.67-$23.00 per hour
