Lemon Cleaners is hiring a Janitorial Cleaner to join our growing team based in Victoria, BC.
This position is ideal for someone with experience in commercial cleaning, residential cleaning, or common-area janitorial services. You'll be working at a variety of properties throughout Langford and Victoria so a reliable vehicle and willingness to travel throughout our service area are essential.
Additional opportunities are available for team members interested in assisting with property move-in/move-out reset cleanings and Airbnb turnovers.

Position Details
- Part-time to start, with opportunity for full-time hours

- Property move-in and move-out reset cleaning
- Airbnb turnover cleaning
- Building caretaking and property monitoring support
- Work at multiple client properties throughout Langford and Victoria
Responsibilities
- Perform detailed cleaning services at multiple properties
- Clean and maintain common areas, entrances, lobbies, stairwells, hallways, and shared spaces
- Complete move-in, move-out, and turnover cleanings to a high standard
- Assist with building caretaking and general property support tasks
- Communicate professionally with team members and clients
- Report maintenance deficiencies, property concerns, or safety issues when observed
- Represent Lemon Cleaners with professionalism and attention to detail
Requirements
- Previous professional cleaning experience required
- Valid driver's licence and reliable vehicle
- Ability and willingness to travel between Langford and Victoria
- Strong attention to detail and a high standard of workmanship
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently
- Cell phone for scheduling and communication
- Leadership qualities and a desire to grow with the company

Wage
Starting at $23.00 per hour, with wage increases based on experience, performance, reliability, and leadership responsibilities.
