Nursery & Finishing Barn Manager

Our growing company is searching for top talent to join our team in the role of Nursery & Finishing Barn Manager located in the community of Brunkild, MB.
Your days will include:
- Manage overall barn and yard site
- Manage staff, delegate duties, perform coaching plans
- Meet production targets
- Carry out feeding and vaccination programs
- Monitor proper animal handling
- Perform minor maintenance tasks
- Perform general on farm duties
- Maintain livestock performance records

To succeed in this role, you possess:
- Valid Class 5 Drivers License
- Self-motivation
- Organization skills and reliability
- Strong communication skills
- Hard working
- A team player
- An experienced Swine Technician (2 years minimum)
