Great Blue Cleaning & Maintenance is hiring an Exterior Surface Restoration Technician to join our Wash & Seal Division.
This position focuses on the restoration and protection of exterior hard surfaces using professional cleaning equipment and commercial-grade coating systems.
Responsibilities
- Pressure wash concrete, interlock, and asphalt surfaces
- Prepare surfaces for sealing
- Install polymeric sand in interlock pavers
- Apply acrylic sealants and protective coatings
- Operate pressure washers and other professional equipment
- Load, unload, and maintain tools and equipment
- Complete projects safely and to a high standard of quality
- Communicate professionally with customers when required
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable and punctual
- Comfortable working outdoors in varying weather conditions
- Physically capable of lifting 50+ lbs and performing manual labour throughout the day
- Valid G Driver's Licence
- Must have reliable transportation to and from work (employee parking is provided).
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience towing equipment trailers
- Experience with pressure washing, surface restoration, sealing, landscaping, construction, or similar trades
- Experience operating commercial equipment
Compensation & Benefits
- $23.00–$27.00 per hour, based on experience
