Patisserie Lebeau is Vancouver’s original Belgian waffle and Belgian/French patisserie.
As our wholesale and retail operations continue to expand, we are seeking a skilled, reliable, and detail‑oriented Baker with strong dough‑handling experience to join our production team.
What You Will Do
- Scale and prepare ingredients with accuracy and consistency
- Mix, and finish a variety of doughs, including: waffle, baguette, pie , sugar and cookie dough
- Operate bakery equipment such as mixers, and dough divider
- Participate in waffle production, including baking, monitoring bake quality, and packing
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
- Assist with inventory rotation, receiving, and shipping
- Follow all food safety and sanitation standards
- NO CAKE PRODUCTION OR CAKE DECORATION
What You Bring
- Minimum 3 years professional baking experience
- Strong work ethic - reliable, punctual, tidy, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively
- Ability to follow recipes precisely and maintain consistent product quality
- physically fit and able to lift 50 pounds items
- Good communication skills and a willingness to learn
- Must be currently in Vancouver and able to start upon job confirmation
- Overseas or short‑term applicants will not be considered

- Monday to Friday
- 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
