THE POSITION
As an Associate Marketing and Communication Specialist, you’ll play a vital role in implementing and managing our social media presence, crafting compelling content, and supporting our marketing initiatives. To be more specific, some of the roles that you’ll be performing includes (but is not limited to):
- Creating content and designing several social media posts daily;
- Creating content for email marketing campaigns;
- Managing social media pages ;
- Oversees website and landing pages contents;
- Researching and finding marketing opportunities;
- Coordinating with clients to further marketing campaigns;
- Coordinating with suppliers to obtain marketing materials and venues (both digital and hard assets);
- Data analysis and reporting on efforts and results; and
- Prepare and issue internal and external communication materials.
This role is ideal for someone passionate about building a career in marketing and eager to bring fresh ideas to a growing team.
This is a full-time remote position. Applicants must reside and be able to legally work in Canada.

- 0 - 3 years of experience
- Has (or is on track to obtain) a Diploma / Degree in Marketing (or equivalent experience)
Technical Skills:
- Is proficient in creating engaging social media content.
- Excellent writing and verbal communication skills (marketing communication) .
- Is attentive to details.
- Has strong computer literacy.
- Understands SEO.
- Graphic design skills (ie.: Photoshop) is a strong asset.
