Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic, outgoing Sales Associate to join our team for a one-month short-term retail activation. The ideal candidate has a passion for activewear, excellent customer service skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to provide outstanding service and drive sales.
- Utilize product knowledge to assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions regarding fit and performance.
- Operate Point of Sale (POS) systems accurately.
- Maintain a visually appealing, clean, and organized sales floor.
- Assist in inventory management and restocking of apparel.
- Act as a brand ambassador during in-store social events and community activations.
Skills & Qualifications
- Sales-oriented mindset with a focus on customer satisfaction.
- Experience in retail, apparel, or fitness-related sales is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with POS systems and proficient cash-handling skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Multilingual abilities are advantageous.
