Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Airbnb Caretaker to ensure the cleanliness, maintenance, and overall guest experience of our rental properties. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in cleaning and hospitality, with a focus on providing exceptional service and maintaining high standards of property upkeep. This role offers an opportunity to work independently in a dynamic environment, ensuring our guests enjoy a comfortable and welcoming stay.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning and sanitation of property between guest stays, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchens, and common areas.
- Conduct routine inspections to identify maintenance needs or damages and coordinate repairs as necessary.
- Restock supplies such as toiletries, linens, and kitchen essentials to ensure the property is fully prepared for incoming guests.
- Wash kitchen utensils after guests use
- Assist with laundry duties for linens and towels.
- Other duties as may be requested
Requirements
- Proven experience in cleaning, custodial work, or hospitality services; hotel or industrial cleaning experience is highly desirable.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with guests and coordinating with maintenance teams.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while managing multiple properties efficiently.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules or special requests from guests.
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are preferred for property access or errands.
- A positive attitude, professionalism, and a commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences are essential.
Job Type: Casual
Pay: $17.82-$18.50 per hour
