Position Summary
This position is responsible for driving and supporting sales activities in a predefined region of Calgary, Edmonton & surrounding areas including building, supporting and growing strong customer relationships with existing and new customers by offering professional, effective and efficient solutions that meet customer needs, and established sales objectives and targets. Participates in driving a growth culture and high performing sales team by ensuring continuous improvement and evolution, resulting in superior service to our customers.
Work Location: This position is based in Calgary, AB.
Basic Requirements:

Elevator industry experience a plus

Construction knowledge. Reading architectural drawings

Go-getter – pro-active, energetic and works hard to succeed

Computer savvy – skilled Microsoft User

University Degree. Business, Architecture or Engineering

Valid Driver’s License
Responsibilities:
-
Driving and successfully achieving the monthly, quarterly and annual targets
-
Networking and meeting with General Contractors, Contractors. Developers and Architects including lunch and learns to position the company as supplier of elevating equipment

Developing, managing and growing new and existing accounts
-
Review elevator specifications and architectural drawings to prepare estimates and deliver quotes to prospective customers
-
Review project specifications and remove/change items not in line with our company terms
-
Effectively use the CRM tools and follow-up on all quotes for potential sales

Negotiate prices and other job proposal terms
-
Prepare booking packages and coordinate approval drawings
-
Visit job sites to conduct measurements and check status to determine installation date

Serve as a liaison between Sales, Field Operation teams and Customers

Take projects from initial enquiry through sale to delivery

When necessary, contact customers for collection purposes of payment

Analytical skills monitoring the competitive environment
