Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials or equipment as directed
- Support team members in preparing work sites and setting up necessary tools and supplies
- Perform general cleanup duties to maintain a safe and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols and procedures at all times to prevent accidents or injuries
- Operate basic hand tools and equipment under supervision
- Assist with demolition, site preparation, or other labor-intensive tasks as needed
- Adhere to project timelines by completing assigned tasks efficiently and accurately
Skills
- Physical strength and stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods
- Ability to follow instructions carefully and work as part of a team
- Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and supervisors
- Basic knowledge of safety procedures related to construction or industrial work (nice-to-have)
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks as required
- Reliable attendance and punctuality are essential for success in this role
