We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication and multitasking skills, capable of managing our office operations smoothly and efficiently. You'll play a crucial role in maintaining a pleasant work environment, ensuring that our administrative activities run smoothly on a daily and long-term basis.
Responsibilities of the position:
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies.
- Manage agendas, travel plans, appointments, and meetings for upper management.
- Handle correspondence, filing systems, and office supplies management.
- Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures for the local office supplies.
- Create and update records and databases with personnel, financial, and other data.
- Experience dealing with legal documents, timelines, and procedures is an asset.
- Assist colleagues whenever necessary, fostering a supportive and collaborative work environment.
- Manage phone calls and correspondence (email, letters, packages, etc.).
- Welcome visitors, providing excellent service and support.
- Assist in vendor relationship management.
- Conduct face-to-face interviews with leasing agents and handyworker candidates at the corporate headquarters.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an office administrator, office assistant, or relevant role.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures.
- High school diploma; BSc/BA in business management, or a relevant field.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency.
- Ability to work well in a team.

Compensation:
$22 - $27 per hour
Monday to Friday, from 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
