My client, a well-established home essential service company, is searching for an experienced individual to take on the role of Sales Manager. Working directly with the General Manager, the Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales growth while training, supporting, and assisting the sales staff. The Sales Manager will utilize their strong leadership abilities to implement a customer-focused sales approach.

What the Sales Manager does:
Schedules, supports, and assists the sales staff to achieve sales goals and targets
Builds and maintains positive working relationships with both team members, the operations team, and customers
Conducts product training sessions and performance reviews for all sales team members
Assesses problems/issues and immediately offers excellent problem-solving issues
Is available weekends and evenings to support sales staff during customer appointments
What the successful candidate will bring:
5-7 years of retail sales experience in a B2C management role
Proven track record in coaching and performance management
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and ability to learn new software
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong interpersonal skills and problem-solving abilities
