We're looking for a talented Chef de Partie to join the culinary team at our Brazilian-inspired sports bar and social club—a place where sports, culture, community, and incredible food come together.
Our guests come for the atmosphere, stay for the experience, and keep coming back for the food.
What You'll Be Doing
- Owning your section and delivering consistent, high-quality dishes.
- Preparing ingredients and executing service with speed and precision.
- Maintaining presentation standards on every plate.
- Supporting fellow team members during busy services.
- Following recipes, procedures, and food safety standards.
- Assisting with inventory control and minimizing waste.
- Helping create memorable guest experiences through outstanding food.
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie, Line Cook, or similar role.
- Strong culinary fundamentals and attention to detail.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Strong teamwork and communication skills.
- Passion for hospitality, sports culture, and great food.
- Knowledge of Brazilian cuisine is a bonus, but not required.
