Summary:
As a Business Systems Analyst in Carry Telecom, the successful candidate will be responsible for internal tool development leveraging cross-department data and supporting Data Analytics requirements for service expansion, wireless networks and service improvement initiatives.
Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:
- Work directly with stake holders to understand their business needs and build up report to deliver analytical solutions
- Develop and implement statistical models to support business decisions
- Extract and analyze data across multiple environments (MS SQL, Access)
- Develop automated solutions in accordance with daily operations and process
- Support investigation and remediation of operational issues
- Provide data-driven marketing initiatives and campaign decisions
- Manipulate, Analyze, Summarize and present large data sets with meaningful insights
- Confer with clients to identify and document requirements
- Conduct business and technical studies
- Provide advice on information systems strategy, policy, management and service delivery
- Assess physical and technical security risks to data, software and hardware
- Develop policies, procedures and contingency plans to minimize the effects of security breaches
- Conduct reviews to assess quality assurance practices, software products and information systems
Essential Qualifications:
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Business, Economics or equivalent practical experience
- Advanced knowledge with large relational database systems MS, SQL
- Ability to blend business analysis with technical skillset to develop efficient processes
- Possess communication skills with the ability to present technical details to a non-technical audience
- Customer service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working in Tableau or any data visualization tools
- Experience in general programming languages (C/C++, MVC, HTML, Python preferred)
