Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (Residential)
Terms of Employment: Permanent, Full Time.

Experience: 5+ years.
Skills Requirements: 313A or D (Refrigerant); 308A or R (Sheet Metal); Gas Fitter 2 (Minimum); ODP, HRAI HRV installer certificate. Working at Heights and WHMIS will be required/provided.
Specific Skills: Troubleshoot and repair heating, air conditioning, ventilation systems. Occasional installs if necessary.
Essential Skills: Reading text documents, writing, oral communication, working with others, problem-solving, job task planning and organizing, continuous learning/training, management skills, team building skills.
Work Conditions: Handling material, equipment, bending, crouching, kneeling, fast-paced environment, attention to detail a must.
Transportation/Travel Information: Valid Driver’s License. Public transportation is not available. Company vehicle and mobile phone will be provided.
Security and Safety: Driving record check (abstract) mandatory upon hire.
Experience: HVAC: 5 years (Required)
License: Gas Technician 2, 313 and 308 (Required)
