Job Responsibilities
- Execute assigned tenders
- Ensure tender compliance
- Detailed budget, schedule, risk registry, execution plan, clarifications
- Integrate and execute STRAIT ESG plan into all proposals
- Manage client relations through tender process
- Detailed budgets, schedules, risk registry, execution plans, clarifications
- Prepare and analyze tenders for services/materials
- Integrate addendums into tenders
- Lead tender hand off on award to operations
- Maintain accurate tender supporting documentation
- Assist operations in preparation of post award docs
- Must be able to do take offs
Qualifications & Experience
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Mechanical Construction and Fabrication Experience
- Knowledge of piping and structural components
- Proficient in Microsoft Office programs
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Multitasking and ability to prioritize tasks
- Basic understanding of oil and gas industry would be considered an asset
