Job Summary
As a Brand Ambassador, you will serve as the face of our clients’ brands at live activations, trade shows, and field events. This is a full-time, in-person role focused on natural, engaging conversations with consumers.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for consumers at live brand activations
- Clearly communicate product features, promotions, and benefits
- Handle objections professionally and provide accurate, patient responses
- Complete sales interactions from initial contact to closure
- Log daily activity and results accurately after each shift
- Stay updated on campaign details, brand messaging, and product knowledge
- Attend mandatory training and apply learnings on the job
- Contribute to team goals and individual performance targets
Qualifications & Skills
- No prior experience required—full training provided
- Comfortable initiating conversations with strangers in public settings
- Calm under pressure—able to handle busy environments or difficult interactions
- Resilient and adaptable—recovers quickly from setbacks
- Self-motivated and takes ownership of tasks
- Open to training and feedback
- Background in sales, retail, hospitality, or customer service is a plus
- Reliable transportation and full-time availability in North York required
