As a Customer Service Administrator, your role is crucial in ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction. You will be responsible for managing various administrative tasks related to customer inquiries, orders, and complaints, while providing exceptional service to clients and ensuring smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming orders from customers via phone and email, while providing exceptional customer service and offering recommendations to our clients,
- Meticulously enter new orders into the system while being mindful of any existing food allergies and issue confirmatory invoices
- Communicate between customers and our team members for specific requests
- Collaborate with other departments within the company, such as the kitchen, delivery team, and sales team, to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of catering services.
- Communicate proactively with customers to provide updates, confirmations, and other information related to their catering orders.
- Receive payments via credit card and cheque.
- Perform basic administrative tasks for the company
You are:
- Detail-oriented, and put extra care into your work
- Knowledgeable in food and common dietary restrictions
- Organized, able to multi-task and prioritize job in a timely manner
- Able to work in a fast pace environment
- Excellent in both conversation and written English (both on the phone and email!)

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
