Job Summary
We are seeking a talented and personable Nail Technician to join our beauty team. The ideal candidate will provide professional nail care services, including manicures, pedicures, and nail enhancements, while delivering exceptional customer service. Duties
- Perform a variety of nail treatments such as manicures, pedicures, gel nails, acrylics, and nail art.
- Maintain high standards of sanitation and sterilization in all tools and work areas.
- Provide body waxing services as requested by clients.
- Engage with clients to understand their preferences and recommend suitable nail and beauty treatments.
- Upsell retail products and additional services to enhance client satisfaction and salon revenue.
- Ensure a clean, organized workspace that complies with health and safety regulations.
- Build lasting relationships with clients through excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Stay updated on the latest nail trends, techniques, and products to provide innovative services.
Requirements
- Valid state cosmetology or nail technician license.
- Proven experience in nail care services such as manicures, pedicures, and enhancements.
- Knowledge of sanitation standards and proper sterilization procedures.
- Experience with body waxing is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
- Ability to upsell retail products and promote additional services professionally.
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Retail sales experience is a plus for promoting products effectively.
