Dishwashers clean and store dishes, glassware and silverware used by food and beverage.
Principal Responsibilities
· Clean dishes according to Standards.
· Cleans and organizes equipment and work area.
· Control usage of store supplies.
· Notify Supervisor of damage to or problems with equipment.
· Control the use of dishwashing equipment, feed detergents and checks temperature controls
· Safe and effective use of equipment.
· Adhere to and comply with all safety regulations when handling hazardous materials according to MSDS.
· Be fully aware of Fire and Emergency Procedure and your role therein.
· Follow Chelsea grooming policy. Name Tag must be visible at all times.
· Perform other tasks as assigned by Management.

· Service given should meet and/or exceed the guest service standards of the Chelsea Hotel.

· Answer any guest or employee questions or direct them to someone that can assist them. Ensure complete guest satisfaction.

· Open communication with Managers to report challenges or issues.
· All tasks are to be completed in accordance with the practices and policies of the Chelsea Hotel.
