Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Project Coordinator to join our team in overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion. The ideal candidate will facilitate communication among stakeholders, manage project documentation, and ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Responsibilities
- Coordinate project activities, schedules, and resources to ensure timely execution.
- Review and interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to support project planning.
- Utilize construction management software such as ProCore, Primavera P6, and HeavyBid for scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.
- Assist in preparing construction estimates and cost analyses using industry-standard tools.
- Manage documentation including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and submittals.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and clients to facilitate effective communication.
- Track project progress and address potential delays or issues proactively.
- Support project managers in maintaining compliance with safety standards and regulations.
Requirements
- Proven experience in construction management or related field.
- Proficiency with construction management software including ProCore, Primavera P6, Bluebeam, Civil 3D, HeavyBid, and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of blueprint reading, schematics, and technical drawings.
- Knowledge of construction estimating processes and techniques.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize multiple tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with civil engineering concepts and construction protocols.
- Effective communication skills to coordinate among diverse teams and stakeholders.

Pay: $45,215.33-$85,211.65 per year
